T-shirt pillows can be created with as few as four shirts depending on the design of the logos.  Pillows can have designs on either one side or both sides.  One-sided pillows will have a plain back, where two-sided pillows will have the quilted t-shirts on both sides.  I recommend picking out more t-shirts than necessary in order to ensure a nice design.  Pillows are not limited to just t-shirts.  Sweatshirts, jerseys, and sweatpants all work as well.  Having pillows personalized is also a fun option.  Names can be stitched on either the front or back of the pillow.
